CYCLING


MAXFIT INDOOR CYCLING is performed on specially designed stationary bikes. These bikes adapt to the size and ability of each participant. Follow the instructor through a series of movements and mental images creating a journey for your body and mind.  Indoor Cycling improves your cardiovascular performance, burns fat, strengthens and shapes your legs.  Several of our classes include the use of light hand weights to promote upper body and core strength.  Our instructors are professional and well trained. Each instructor is unique in style.  The energizing music will help you integrate your body and mind to generate an exhilarating workout.

How do I start?
Check our schedule for the class most convenient for you.  Then call or sign up on line to reserve a bike.  Please mention if you are new to MAXFIT INDOOR CYCLING and arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you the "set up" and "the basics".  The resistance knob on each bike allows you to control the pedal speed.  Start slowly and as you get comfortable with technique, the challenge is in changing speed, resistance and intensity.
